At Luxecho, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free from stains, odours, or damage
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
Exchanges
Want a different size? We're happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Reach out to us before sending anything back.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at luxecho2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when initiating the return.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items — in which case we'll cover the return shipping cost.
